Best female comic I have ever seen. Amazing! A must-see. Kate P, August 2006

Loved her act. She carries it off with aplomb. Sarah, December 2005

Saw Pam in Hitchin, Hertfordshire. She was excellent, and had the audience laughing constantly for her half hour spot. Really enjoyable, possessing charm and warmth. Terry Hxtable, July 2005

Feisty yet hearty, Ms Ford's magnetic personality and is her best asset. Kerry Hudson, July 2004

I can't relate to the above review at all. Pam has a great deal of charm and wit, and the audiences that I've seen her play to really enjoyed her company. Some of us like our aunts drunk and obnoxious. James Skinner, April 2003

Pam is getting better every time I see her (which hasn't been for a while, I might add). Keep up the good work, sexy lady. Nik Coppin, January 2003

A comedian for all women and for men who are man enough to appreciate a ballsy woman. Pam Ford grabs the audience by the neck and shakes them till they laugh. [Anon], October 2002

Thanks for the review. I appreciate your professional contructive criticism (that was in there somewhere) I believe that we new comics, only get better through trial and error, and by doing hundreds of open spots (mostly in clubs where someone else is taking the money and the acts get f*** all.) I hope you get to see me soon on the circuit (your review is seven months old) and I hope you can see that 'some people' actually do like my stuff.Amazingly I do get paid work all over the country. Pam Ford, July 2002

I saw Pam at an agency showcase last week. She had everyone in stitches. At is happens I think that seeing my aunt get drunk and obnoxious at a wedding would be quite funny. Phil May, April 2002

I think the above review is way out of order.I saw Pam last year as an open spot at Up The Creek playing to a rowdy pissed up laddish crowd.Unlike any of the male open spots, she blew the roof off, so she must be doing something right. Dan, February 2002

It all started with willies. Pam Ford so loved The Full Monty - that she made the lads in her pub in Kent bare all. Soon the night expanded: YMCA acts, some drag, Ann Summers ladies, the lot.
Ford compered or "took the mickey out of the audience whilst the acts got changed" and her pals told her she was a natural. She did some evening workshops, worked on some material, and now the London comedy scene boasts a "very enthusiastic, in-your-face, six-foot redhead without heels who can drink".
Ford is one of a handful of Australians and New Zealanders appearing on Friday at the Laughing Horse Too, one of the big events concluding this year's London Comedy Festival.

The Laughing Horse Too, Lancaster Gate, London, W2.

TIME OUT LONDON July 30-August 6 2003
Comedy: Comic's Choice - Norby West, Laughing Horse Camden
'MC Matt Watts has charm enough to melt Anne Robinson in contrast with abrasive Aussie Pam Ford, tall as a tower block and cuddly as a porcupine.'
